kingpg Privacy Policy

kingpg ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every player who uses the kingpg online gaming platform at kingpg.co (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy has been prepared in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

As a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator, kingpg is subject to PAGCOR's data handling requirements in addition to those imposed by the NPC.

Our designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. kingpg processes personal data solely within the scope necessary to deliver the Platform's services and to comply with applicable Philippine legal and regulatory obligations. We do not process personal data for purposes beyond those described in this Policy without obtaining your prior consent where required by law.

kingpg collects the following categories of personal data from Players and Platform users:

kingpg does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the Data Privacy Act (such as health data, religious beliefs, or political affiliations) except where a Player voluntarily discloses health-related information in the context of a responsible gaming request, in which case such data is handled with heightened protection and used solely to facilitate appropriate player support.

kingpg collects personal data through the following channels and methods:

• Direct provision by you: Information you submit during account registration, KYC verification, deposit and withdrawal requests, customer support interactions, and any surveys or feedback forms on the Platform.
• Automated collection: Technical data including IP addresses, device identifiers, session logs, and cookies collected automatically when you access and use the Platform. See Section 10 for detailed cookie information.
• Payment processors: Transaction confirmation data returned by GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank following the processing of your deposit or withdrawal instructions.

kingpg processes personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to deliver the services described in the kingpg Terms & Conditions to which you have agreed — including account management, game delivery, payment processing, and customer support.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements, AML and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations, tax reporting requirements, and other applicable Philippine law.
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, duplicate account detection, and internal analytics used to improve Platform performance and user experience, where such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
• Consent: Processing of your data for direct marketing communications, including promotional emails and SMS messages about kingpg bonuses and current offers. You may withdraw this consent at any time as described in Section 11.

kingpg uses personal data collected from Filipino players for the following purposes:

• Account administration: Creating, maintaining, and closing your kingpg account; verifying your identity during registration and KYC; managing account settings and preferences.
• Service delivery: Enabling access to all games, sports betting, and other Platform features; processing wagers and settling winnings; delivering live chat and email customer support.
• Payment processing: Executing deposit and withdrawal transactions via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank; verifying payment account ownership; maintaining transaction records.
• Regulatory compliance: Meeting kingpg's PAGCOR reporting obligations; conducting AML and CTF transaction monitoring; maintaining records as required by law; cooperating with regulatory enquiries.
• Fraud prevention and security: Detecting and preventing duplicate accounts, payment fraud, identity fraud, bonus abuse, and other prohibited conduct described in the kingpg Terms & Conditions.
• Responsible gaming: Monitoring gaming patterns to identify indicators of potential problem gambling; administering deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion; communicating with Players who request responsible gaming support.
• Platform improvement: Analysing aggregated and anonymised usage data to understand how Players use the Platform and to make product and design improvements.
• Marketing communications: Sending promotional emails, SMS messages, and in-Platform notifications about kingpg bonuses, current offers, and new game releases, where you have opted in to receive such communications.

kingpg does not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces significant legal or similarly significant effects on Players, other than fraud detection systems that flag accounts for human review. Flagged accounts are reviewed by a human compliance officer before any action is taken.

kingpg does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own commercial purposes. Personal data is shared only with the categories of recipients described below and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank receive the transaction data necessary to process deposits and withdrawals. Each processor operates under its own privacy policy and data protection obligations.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party identity verification services engaged by kingpg to authenticate government-issued ID documents and perform KYC checks required by PAGCOR.
• Game content providers: Licensed gaming studios whose games are accessible on the Platform receive session and wagering data necessary to operate and audit game performance and outcomes.
• IT and platform infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, content delivery, cybersecurity, and analytics service providers engaged by kingpg to operate and maintain the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• PAGCOR and regulatory authorities: Player data is disclosed to PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission, or other Philippine government authorities where required by law, regulation, court order, or in response to lawful regulatory demands.
• Law enforcement: Personal data may be disclosed to Philippine law enforcement agencies where kingpg is legally required to do so in connection with the investigation of financial crime, fraud, or other criminal offences.

All third-party service providers engaged by kingpg are required to process personal data only on kingpg's documented instructions and to maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures consistent with the Data Privacy Act.

kingpg retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations:

• Account and KYC records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AML obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by AMLA and its implementing regulations.
• Gaming and wager records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each gaming session, for regulatory audit purposes and dispute resolution.
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the Player's account and for one (1) year following account closure as evidence of consent or opt-out status.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised. Where data cannot be deleted due to technical constraints, it is isolated from active processing until deletion is feasible.

kingpg implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, and unlawful processing. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between Players and the kingpg Platform.
• Encryption at rest for sensitive personal data stored in kingpg's databases, including identity documents and payment account details.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all Players and required for all kingpg internal administrative accounts.
• Role-based access controls restricting access to personal data to kingpg staff with a legitimate operational need, supported by access logging and audit trails.
• Regular penetration testing and security audits conducted by qualified independent security professionals.
• Transaction monitoring systems detecting anomalous payment activity and potential fraud in real time.
• Staff data protection training for all personnel with access to personal data, covering the Data Privacy Act requirements and kingpg's internal data handling procedures.

kingpg uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform effectively. The following categories of cookies are used:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These maintain your login session, remember your language preference, and ensure secure navigation. These cookies cannot be disabled without rendering the Platform non-functional.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences and settings — such as game volume preferences and display settings — to personalise your experience on return visits.
• Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymised information about how Players use the Platform — such as which pages are visited most frequently and where players exit — to help kingpg improve the Platform's design and functionality.
• Security Cookies: Support fraud detection and session integrity by identifying unusual access patterns and assisting with duplicate account detection.

You may manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser's privacy settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality, including game loading and session continuity. kingpg does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

With your prior consent, kingpg may send you promotional communications about current offers, bonuses, new game releases, and other kingpg platform updates via your registered mobile number (SMS) and email address. Your consent to receive marketing communications is obtained during registration and can be updated at any time from your account settings.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• Updating your communication preferences in your kingpg account settings panel.
• Contacting our live chat support team and requesting removal from marketing lists.
• Replying "STOP" to any marketing SMS received from kingpg.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications necessary to deliver the Platform's services — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, account verification messages, and responsible gaming communications. These communications are sent on the basis of contractual necessity and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

kingpg is strictly a platform for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR's age requirements for online gaming in the Philippines. kingpg does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 21.

Where kingpg becomes aware — through KYC verification, account review, or any other means — that an account has been registered by or on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age, kingpg will:

• Immediately suspend and permanently close the account.
• Void and forfeit all wagers, bonuses, and winnings associated with the account.
• Delete the personal data of the underage individual from kingpg's active systems, subject to any retention obligations required by Philippine law.
• Report the matter to PAGCOR and, where appropriate, to relevant Philippine authorities.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to exercise the data subject rights described in this Policy. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 15. All requests will be acknowledged within five (5) business days and substantively responded to within thirty (30) days, or as otherwise required by NPC regulations.

Please note the following conditions applicable to data subject rights requests:

• kingpg may request proof of identity before processing a data subject request to prevent unauthorised access to another Player's personal data.
• The right to erasure is subject to kingpg's legal obligations to retain certain data under PAGCOR regulations and AMLA. Where deletion is not possible due to a legal retention obligation, kingpg will restrict further processing of the data to the minimum required for compliance purposes.
• Exercising your right to object to processing based on legitimate interests does not automatically result in cessation of that processing — kingpg will assess whether its legitimate interests are overridden by your specific circumstances.
• If you are not satisfied with kingpg's response to a data subject request, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

kingpg reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time in response to changes in Philippine data protection law, NPC regulations, PAGCOR requirements, or the services offered on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect how kingpg collects, uses, or shares personal data — kingpg will provide advance notice to registered Players via the contact details on file, and will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy.

kingpg encourages Players to review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed about how their personal data is being handled. The current version of the Privacy Policy is always available at kingpg.co/privacy-policy.
