These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the kingpg platform and all services provided at kingpg.co. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using kingpg, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

All kingpg players must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, as required by PAGCOR for online gaming in the Philippines. Age is verified via KYC documentation. Underage accounts are permanently closed.
Each individual may hold only one kingpg account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances. Contact support for account recovery rather than creating a new account.

Players are responsible for gaming within their means. kingpg provides deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Using the platform constitutes acceptance of the Responsible Gaming policy incorporated into these Terms.

Each individual may register one Account only on the kingpg Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration and as part of ongoing compliance obligations, kingpg requires Players to complete a KYC verification process. This process involves:
Players may deposit and play prior to completing KYC verification. However, no withdrawal will be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. kingpg reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. kingpg strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account settings.
You must not share your Account credentials with any other individual. Any activity that occurs through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. kingpg accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
You must notify kingpg's support team immediately via live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Upon receiving such notification, kingpg will suspend the Account pending investigation.
kingpg accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 across all accepted payment channels.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account registered to another person is prohibited. kingpg reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend an Account where third-party funding is identified.
Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance. kingpg does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which kingpg accepts no responsibility.
kingpg is not a banking institution. Deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts and are used solely for the purpose of game play and settlement of winnings. Deposited funds do not earn interest.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the same legal name as the kingpg Account holder.
kingpg does not charge withdrawal fees on GCash or PayMaya payouts from verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are similarly fee-free from kingpg's side; any fees applied by the receiving bank are the Player's responsibility.
Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the specific promotion under which the bonus was credited. Bonus Balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements is not withdrawable and will be removed from the Account upon a withdrawal request where Real Money Balance and qualifying wagered funds are insufficient to cover the request.
kingpg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section and any specific terms published with each individual promotion.
General bonus terms applicable to all kingpg promotions unless specified otherwise:
All games available on the kingpg Platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streaming from regulated studios. Game outcomes are not influenced by kingpg beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) percentages specific to each game.
Players accept that all game outcomes are final once determined by the game system. Technical malfunctions that affect the determination of a game outcome will be investigated by kingpg. If a malfunction is confirmed, the affected round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. No winnings will be paid on a technically defective game round.
kingpg publishes the RTP for all slot and RNG games within the game's information panel. Live casino RTPs vary by game type and rule variant and are displayed in the live table game interface.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kingpg Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
kingpg employs fraud detection, device fingerprinting, and transaction monitoring tools to identify prohibited conduct. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their Accounts suspended without prior notice pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final.

All content on the kingpg Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, sound recordings, trademarks, service marks, and trade names — is the property of kingpg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:
Any unauthorised use of kingpg's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law. kingpg reserves the right to take legal action to protect its intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, kingpg's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits kingpg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
kingpg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, in response to regulatory changes, operational updates, or changes to the services offered on the Platform.
Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — kingpg will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via the Platform or to registered Players' contact details. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
kingpg operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Any regulatory complaint arising from a Player's use of the Platform may be submitted to PAGCOR through its official regulatory complaint channels in addition to, or following exhaustion of, kingpg's internal dispute resolution process.
The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through kingpg's internal complaints process or PAGCOR's regulatory procedures.
